The Landing at Parker Creek restaurant opened in June 2015 and has become one of the most talked about and popular restaurants on Lake Martin. Over time, it became clear that our guests needed an accommodation that would allow them to spend more time at the lake.

Message from Herb: “Ironically, that was around the same time I became interested in the Tiny Homes movement,” said Herb Winches, founder and developer of Eagles Landing. “After nearly a year of investigating the Tiny Homes craze, I came to the conclusion that this product had serious potential. Following the close of our summer 2016 season, I knew exactly what my next project was going to be. It’s a been a long and interesting adventure, but thanks to encouragement from my wife, Betty, and the support of family and close friends, we will debut the Eagles Landing Tiny Homes community at Lake Martin in the spring 2017.”

Our goal is to give guests a fun and relaxing place to enjoy with their family and friends. We desire for our guests to experience the beauty and serenity of Lake Martin while maintaining all the modern conveniences of home.
